For this design, I wanted to create a logo that was youthful and fun. The group asked to have their name on the logo so my goal was to seamlessly blend the text with the image. Again, one of the most important things that I learned about design is to keep it simple, and I tried to maintain this while I was doing my mockups. I think the shape of a bee is really interesting so I wanted to play around with the idea of the oval and figure out ways that I could create a message. The bee's wing was something that I also wanted to explore and thought it was a great way to hold the text for the design. I really enjoyed making this logo and I hope my client "beekind" likes it too.
