As usual I start with a simple sketch...

...apply a base colors for the skin...

...then a little shading and a base for the eyes....

...some texture for the skin...

...then the fun part with hair. I had a hard time picking up the 'right' color. White seems ok..

... some details for eyes (i still hate them), lips and crown...

... some cute and glowy things, sparkles and jewelry and it's ready :)
