Priority to the human factor

After more than 10 years of activity, “Service A” changed its name to “Archibald” and rebranded its image to better reflect its candidate-centric approach. Through the design, we wanted to convey a sense of confidence, while playing with classy architectural forms. The quality and efficiency of Archibald’s services are largely based on the people who make up the team and we also made sure to convey this idea through the design.

A very important point for our client was to allow users to quickly understand Archibald’s methodology and its mode of operation, which differs from other recruitment agencies. So we designed the website following this idea and made video and photo shoots on site, in their beautiful office. We powered the entire site with the pictures and used the videos on three crucial pages: the home page, the about page and the recruitment page. The result gives the agency a reel authentic feel.





Presenting career opportunities in a clear and engaging way

The challenge was to provide a job board that was easy to use and engaging. We made sure that the candidate can have an overview of the career opportunities with one click, while being able to use the different filters to quickly find the offer that matches his ambition.
