Antonia Tippl Consultancy is a Graz, Austria based company. Her approach is systematic, hands-on and on eye-level for leaders, managers and everyone who feels like there is more to achieve.

A conductor of an orchestra doesn't make a sound, but depends on the ability to make other people powerful. Antonia sees herself as one, in the process of consulting. She ignites the fire and full potential of her clients, helping them to achieve the professional and business life they strife for.

This metaphor works as an inspiration for creating a logo unified by an abstract conductor baton which stands as a symbol for growth. We developed a rich color palette to bring an authoritative voice to the brand, which is supported by Chap, a very modern and unique Typeface designed by Schick Toikka.

The new identity was applied to marketing collaterals, stationery suite, website, signage and social channels.
