For this project, I was required to research "animal symbolism" and the "psychology of colors". I was tasked with choosing an animal and an appropriate color and designing a logo for a company that would promote the same ideas and/or characteristics of the animal. The company name was simply the name of the color and the type of animal I researched. I chose a butterfly because it symbolizes life, growth and beauty and those characteristics are appropriate for a landscaping company because it is based on these things. I chose the color green because it evokes feelings of freshness and renewal which are also appropriate for a landscaping company. I was responsible for designing a pictorial logo.
