The idea behind the RiposteGO was to help eliminate long queues at post offices by allowing customers to start transactions from home, or on their daily commute, then complete the transaction by visiting a nearby post office. The goal was to eliminate the time a customer spent at the clerks desk filling out forms.

With RiposteGo, the customer starts the transaction from their mobile device, and when they are ready to complete the transaction, go to their nearest post office. The application also acts as a post office finder so customers can find nearby post offices where they can complete a transaction.
