This is a collection of drawings posted during lockdown. I began illustrating every day things for my own practice in the same colour scheme. Adding messages of positivity and reminders to protect peoples mental health.

I have struggled with mental health issues and the note to self section of each post was imposrtant to make the artwork personal and show how i was doing on that day.
