INTRODUCTION

This project is based on the design movement called cubism. In the project I had to create visual representations of specific lines in the story "Goldrush Girl" by Jeanette Winterson. The illustrations done has been created by using line work in a cubism stylisation. The shapes are added to bring the cubism movement more alive in the illustrations. The illustrations been placed in a publication that has been created for the story.

COLOUR PALLETE

The gold has been used to represent the sense of the "Goldrush" in the story and the pink to represent the wine in the story.

REPRESENTATION ILLUSTRATIONS
PUBLICATION

The illustrations has pull quotes with it. The text has indents in it to create a separation between the paragraphs. The bold text within the text is on its own to create paragraph breaks as well as a pause for the reader.
