From an assigned story I had to design a cartographic piece. It was assigned to me, “La casa de Azucar” from Silvina Ocampo. In this story the main character, Cristina, transforms her personality to become another person. Cristina goes to a psychiatric hospital in order to deal with her condition.

Casa de los locos is a schematic piece of the Borda Hospital, a psychiatric hospital in the City of Buenos Aires. A symbolic display of the building is made where there are different levels that go from the most real experiences of a person suffering from mental illness to the most imaginary. At the higher level the person loses notion of what is real and suffers from hallucinations and delusions.
