Hard enamel pin design of the KuroNekoCon and Kumoricon mascots in a ying and yang inspired illustration.

Initial comp provided by a separate designer, which I then updated to match branding requirements for both associations and manufacturing constraints.

I completed project management and art direction for the pin packaging, as well as all sourcing for manufacturing. A middle man company was used for pin creation rather than direct factory communication to prioritize quality guarantee for the joint venture with a second convention.
