VPN is an emerging market with lots of options. Users need expert reviews, comparison tools, and the ability to do in-depth research on the available options
Solution
Identified prospective user base through surveys and users interviews. Created user personas based on initial research. Developed user flow centered around a zip search function. Allowing users to gather information about ISPs and internet services in general before executing the main user function to see providers in their specific area.

Conducted extensive benchmarking to determine the differentiating factors between VPNs. Wireframed several iterations on best way to display VPN products. Developed a user flow based around expert reviews, VPN scoring system, and comparisons.
