In a moment where everyone tries to create their own identities in a tight relationship with food (see vegetarians, vegans ecc), I wanted to give my personal point of view about it. I personally think it all deals also with what types of food you are actually not interested in eat. It brings a meaning of balance to me that other extreme positions don't have. What you DON'T eat, defines you at least as what you actually eat.
