Jasic Product Specification

BRIEF

Create a catalogue of Jasic products aimed at the European market. There are many different versions in various languages so consideration of how this will fit and finding an easy way to keep these all up to date was imperative.

SOLUTION

There is a big variation in the amount of information required for each product, finding a layout that worked for them all without looking too empty whilst still keeping the hierarchy of the most important aspects was the biggest challenge. Showing the process information, order code and prices in the coloured band gives a quick overview with the more detailed information brought out in the grey and orange block. Some models have two versions therefore having an alternative layout for these was necessary.

To overcome the issue of ensuring the information is correct on all documents I used a linked excel file with the Key Features and Technical Data so any future amends are really easy to implement and it reduces the chance of errors.

The Quick Selection document I wanted to be in keeping with the Product Specification. The aim with this document was for customers to be able to compare the different models easily.

TYPOGRAPHY

Using Myriad Pro Light for the majority of the design has helped to keep the modern, clean style. Using bold to bring out important aspects such as price and order codes.
