Redesigning HERstory

As a studio owed and ran by all women designers, we were honored to be asked to help name and design a visual system for a historical documentary about Women Graphic Designers in American History. Collaborating with Nina Stoessinger, from Frere Jones Type, we were able to bring together this strong and impactful look. Inspired by the way their past works affect us designers in the present we expressed the unique play of interlocking shapes that emphasize how their designs have shaped the present and future of the graphic design world.
