Seatbelt Medic is an app that allows you to invite friends and family to be notified when you are in an accident using gyroscope sensors in your mobile phone. When the alert is sent out it provides your loved ones with your location as well as your medical information so that they can assist in getting medical help and getting to the scene of the accident as soon as possible. If you are still able to use the app after an accident but are needing urgent medical attention - you can push the alert button on the app which will do the same thing.
I was responsible for the front end design of the app including the colour palette, design elements, icons, fonts and overall look and feel. This required me to do extensive research on UI design so that the app was easy to understand, navigate and use even when in a difficult situation.
