ALL JOBS TO ALL WOMEN

The list of prohibited jobs for women in Russia was formed decades ago during the Soviet era, but was reduced from 456 to 100 in 2020. After years of battle, Russian women can finally work as industrial climbers, train drivers, boatswains and skippers. Previously barred, they now have access to new jobs, as an order of the Ministry of Labor came into force, opening up to all genders several hundred new professions once considered too demanding or hazardous for some.

This self-initiated project illustrates the change.

I demand from Russia to completely abolish all restrictions, considering this to be gender discrimination. All professions should be equally accessible, and working conditions equally safe.
