CIBELAE (Corporación Iberoamericana de Loterías y Apuestas de Estado) is a non-profit civil association of an international and non-governmental nature, created in 1988, and a member of the Executive Committee of the World Lottery Association. It operates to promote diverse activities, research, and innovation in the gambling space, and to facilitate interrelationships with pertinent legislative policies, regulators, and governments.

With CIBELAE, we had the opportunity to do the editing of several videos of some of their conferences and seminars. We also created corporate videos such as one made to commemorate the International Day for the Prevention of Money Laundering and an animated corporate presentation video.
