A Story of Self-Change

These are three pen drawings depicting three different perspectives of world view.

The first drawing displays a man and his invader host looming over him. The backdrop consists of a geometrical prism, which also shows the man’s point of view. The invader host is bigger than the prism into which the man fits perfectly. But the prism is not sharply demarcated which means there is hope for the man prisoner to discover the monstrous invader host.

On the second picture there is the same man sitting down, he is in a similar situation as in the first drawing. We are looking at him from a different perspective. The prisoner with the invader host on his mind is hidden. The man is now partly human and partly spider similar to the invader host. The difference between the man and the invader host is no longer clear.

The last picture contains a similar image in a different perspective again. It consists of webs and an injured victim. Maybe the observer will have the ability to walk on the webs and discover the spider.
