This project was for a math rock band named Cha.Koy, who approached me for a freelancing job to direct and shoot their first official music video.
Together with my DP and Editor, Fitri Aiyub, we shot an extremely low budget shoot that we hoped could tell a story of what the band really is all about - four friends who had a rare taste for math rock and decided to make music together. The vibe was envisioned to be cheerful, relaxed and casual.
This was an all-round fun experience and I hope to do more music videos in the future.
