Cannonball Smart Gamepad- UX Case Study


Cannonball was the main product offering of 18th Parallel, of which Cannonball Arcade was the mobile facing part. Cannonball Storefront was the TV app that served as a platform for apps and games that was supported by the mobile app. 
This case study elaborates on the process that was followed for the Smart Gamepad, that was done through 2017-18.




The insights from the empathy mapping, and the previous learnings from the other exercises were compiled to view in a larger systemic manner (that included the TV side of the product as well), into a detailed customer journey map. This map traced the movement of the customer at various levels of interaction, going deeper into the pain points and exploring possible areas of intervention.
