The brochure for an elite residential building,
featuring augmented reality
As a part of an integrated ad‑media project for an elite residence in the center of Moscow, we have created
a brochure that illustrates the slogan "A home that gives the gift of time." The impressive infrastructure of the Renome elite residential complex includes a fitness center for the residents, a children's club called Kids Lab, a bar in the lobby, a garden in the yard that is perfect for some quiet downtime, and a playground. An elegant layout and graphics are punctuated with just the right headlines and text describing the key advantages of living in one of the most beautiful residences in Moscow's Tverskoy district.

Augmented reality
This brochure utilizes augmented reality (AR) technology. The reader can download an app for their smartphone and use its camera on marked page spreads to see the entirety of the complex and appreciate first‑hand the panoramic views from the lobby and the lighting scenarios for the garden courtyard. This exciting innovation expands upon the capabilities of the traditional press and delights clients.
