This was the final poster design for a local ice cream shop called The Sugar Bowl. This design was supposed to be monochromatic and share the important features of the location and it's charm. My design features the ice cream they are well known for as well as the flooring that gives it the 50s diner feel. I tried to include different details like the pattern on the ice cream cup that is featured in other places throughout the store.
The creative brief gives more information about the client as well as the audience and the project in general.

My final 3 from the sketches that I drew bigger and in more detail. These are the sketches I ultimately narrowed it down to before deciding on the final poster design. In order to narrow this down, I got some outside opinions from family members on which sketches they felt embodied the project objectives best.
