This 2020 year, I had a chance to collaborate with Pepsi Co in order to design Tet version for Mirinda pack. That's really a precious and exciting experience and I've learned a lot of stuff through this project. Below is my working process, hope you enjoy!'

Firstly, when the customer send brief, they just request one artwork for 3 flavours and change color to adapt one. But then they want 3 completly different illustrations for each flavours and reduce the carton design step along that. The timeline is harsh to follow but I had tried my best.

I've known that they'd like to hire me for this job because of the artwork I illustrated for Kim Dong Publisher a year ago. The theme's also about Tet. I made some options for topics about family and next year zodiac sigh: The Buffalo. The key is it has to be Vietnamese buffalo and the feeling of joyness must stand out beside highlight Mirinda brand.

The customer requested completed product for demo but everything in a hurry so I have sent the account some directions and colored potential sketches.

I'm not really aquaintanced with Ai so I have to draw by Photoshop first then trace it after by Ai. But I'm pretty fluent with the tool so it didnt take so much time. It took one day for color and trace an artwork like that.
It's quite hard to design a buffalo that fits customer request. But eventually I made it ^^!
