A big challenge with Thames Water and the Report a Leak journey
I worked on this project when freelancing at Hugo & Cat as Senior UX Designer. Matt Baldwin (UI Designer), Luke Hill (Frontend Developer) and I (UX Designer) were challenged to improve the User Experience of a new Report a Leak journey, visioned by Hugo & Cat team.
