Client: Paul Laidlaw - Auctioneers & Valuers

 

Live Brief: The client is a BBC antiques expert and auctioneer. This autumn he will be launching his own auction house in Carlisle. The company will specialize in fine art, antiques and collectors' items. A logo is required for use in signage, as a letterhead, on a website and in advertising across a variety of media. The client requires something elegantly striking, though not necessarily classical, and emphasises that they are a young firm, with an eye on exploiting modern media to attract a new and youthful clientele in addition to the traditionalists.
