Oroboros - Palace of Culture Disaster
One of my first attempts at a photo manupulation.
Concept: Inspired by the modernization of downtown Iasi. Linden trees, a symbol of the city, were cut down and replaced with asian acacia. The idea is of rebirth, transformation (positive or negative, fantasy or real).
Title: The idea for the title came from a song by Gojira.
Time: A few days of actual work and experimenting spread across the summer, due too lack of actual spare time.
File(s): Main PSD has 1.5 Gb, but I the finishing touches were done in a second PSD of 150 Mb because my computer would freeze or remain with no RAM memory. :)
Resolution: 3648x2736 @ 240 ppi
