Tate Liverpool’s Talking Pictures Community Learning project; a 6-week
adult learning pilot programme for refugees, asylum seekers
and vulnerable migrants living in Merseyside.
The aim of the project was to improve the confidence and self-esteem
of participants, and reduce the isolation they experience by developing
new skills and widening their networks.
The brief for a design team was to create an evaluation booklet that
would document the learning process and outcomes of the project.
