Rachel Lu Foods is a NEW Gluten Free food company, founded in 2011 by a nutritionist and mother, Rebecca Castellano, after 2 of her children, Rachel and Luke were diagnosed with Celiacs. She went shopping for gluten free foods but found her kids frustrated with the taste of many of the food items she bought, and she was equally frustrated with the nutritional content of these foods. This inspired her to formulate her own recipes in her quest to create good tasting nutritious food for her children. She never intended to start a food company, but after creating a batch of muffins that became a hit with her kids, and family, they quickly found their way into the community. Rebecca wanted the appearance of her company to repersent fun and healthy. The logo and color choices was the direction we chose to go in to best repersent the Rachel Lu brand.
