전기쿡탑은 코일 가열방식으로 인공적인 열을 이용한 조리가 가능하다. 열이 발생하는 코일 부분은 반드시 필요한 부속임에도 불구하고 단순히 기능만을 위한 딱딱하고 정형화된 구조이다.

Electrical cooktop enables cooking by artificial heat using heated coil. The coil part is essential part of the device; however, it is not well cognized by user compared to its important role.

기존 코일의 정형적인 형태에서 벗어나 나무에서 볼 수 있는 유기적이고 자연스러운 곡선을 활용하여 전기쿡탑에 부드럽고 따뜻한 감성을 불어넣었다. 

The coil should appeal to user with sensitive design instead of hard, uniform and functional design. 

I applied organic and natural curve of wood grain on existing coil.
