The goal of this project was to redesign the business model of a very innovative company,
creating a blue ocean innovation.
The selected company was Grom, who has created a strong brand for a good artisanal ice cream. Starting from the analysis of Grom actual business model and of the existing market of artisanal ice cream,
a new business model has been designed. The innovation consists in changing the Grom value proposition:
passing from offering the best traditional ice cream with high quality ingredients to a high level gastronomic experience proposed by refined restaurants.
