Open data portal software integrates GIS functionality to support map compositions that are derived from files in GPKG format. The application is built in two-layer architecture - in terms of front-end data presentation GIS cooperates with back-end using WFS, WMS, WMTS. It brings with it a host of fascinating benefits, such as changing the map background selected from available backgrounds, or changing the transparency of given layers.
