La Cima is a coffee shop located in Saudi Arabia, inspired by Guatemalan coffee and culture. La Cima constitutes a new category of specialty coffee houses that brings to life the culture of the country from which the coffee beans are extracted. The logo showcases the Quetzal bird, Guatemala's national bird –declared in 1871. The Quetzal was chosen as the national bird from nearly 750 species of birds found in Guatemala, showing just how special it is. It is revered in the country, and its cultural importance dates way back to the Pre-Columbian Mesoamerican civilizations.

The culture of Guatemala reflects strong Mayan and Spanish influences and continues to be defined as a contrast between poor Mayan villagers in the rural highlands, and the urbanized and relatively wealthy mestizos population. The Mayan people are known for their brightly colored yarn-based textiles, which are woven into capes, shirts, blouses, and dresses. Each village has its own distinctive pattern, making it possible to distinguish a person's hometown on sight. La Cima's pattern is a loud voice that raises across all the noise expressing its bold nature and always-friendly personality.
