Editorial design project. 
A book about the development of a social campaign against domestic food waste. The aim of this project
is to explore the creative process behind the development of a social campaign against food waste, focusing 
on the choices made during the process. The social campaign is divided into three stages, that have three different purpose aimed to reduce food waste.
 
Analysis of food waste: from the critical points to the design solution.
 
The first book analyses the problem of household food waste and explains general choices made to solve
this problem with a communication act. It defines the concept "Ho Buttato Solo" of this social campaign and
the guidelines to be followed in order to mantain the recognizability of the project. 
 
 
 
 
Modify people's perception about food waste.

the social, economic and environmental consequences of food waste by the diffusion of a motion graphic

This book is related to the third part of the social campaign, that aims to help people to reduce their domestic food waste through the development of an application for smartphones and other paper artefacts that guide citizens during their interaction with food.
