This is a series of hand-lettered quotes for every alphabet A to Z from my journals that I learnt, believe and often remind myself. They are meant to be in our thoughts making us better today than yesterday.  A small effort from myself to spread positivity.
"A - Always Be Yourself"
This sounds simple and yet is confusing in the beginning. “Being yourself” is not about a relation with other people, it's all about the relation with yourself. This can be knowing many facets of your "Self", accepting your personality, being respectful & appropriate to your self. Also, learning to never be who you are not.
"B - Be constantly curious"
Curiosity help us survive, helps us remain vigilant, keeps us updated with all the changes happening around, boosts achievement, expand our empathy and keep us happy. It is one of the most important values you have to develop and nurture carefully.
"C for Confront your Fear and Facts"
Fear is ubiquitous. Facing them help us grow, develop compassion, resilience, wisdom, courage and help us distinguish between reality and fantasy. Confronting the facts helps you keeping grounded and accept the truth and its consequences.
"D - Don't be afraid to start over"
It is okay to take a step back and start from scratch. It means you're able to recognize what went wrong and you want to do something about it. This is a chance to build something better this time and and put yourself back on the path to where you want to go.
"E - Educate your heart"
The heart here refers to anything but the muscular organ. This is important because they are one of prime factor that define the qualities that make us human and ultimately give us meaning in our lives along with the cognitive factor which is our minds. They translate into high social- emotional intelligence and human values such kindness and empathy.
"F - Focus all your energy"
In order to start something new, let it be anything, we need huge driving force to serve as a kick start. Once you start, we need another set of force to sustain it. In all these instances, the positive energy required to thrive is abundant. Focusing them one at a time would be great and would outweigh the negativities around to make you successful.
"G - Gratitude is everything"
Current society is constantly trying to bombard the feeling of insufficiency and wanting more of everything. Expressing gratitude instantly shifts your energy. It puts you in harmony with your source of supply so that the good in everything moves toward you. Gratitude is a gift and it changes everything for good.
"H - Hope is a powerful force"
Hope gives a reason to exist. Hope allows us to attain our goals, allow the desire to manifest, believe in positivity, the force that pushes us to move forward in life. Hope is powerful and inspiring.
"I - It is possible"
The perspective in this declarative statement "It is possible" is constructive. This is also what makes you prepared for the upcoming surprises that life is throwing at you. This attitude also aids you to tackle any situation with a practical mind. The same words when jumbled gives a questioning attitude that may or may not aid in every circumstance.
"Journey is the reward" - Steve Jobs
We always hear people around telling us to focus on the goal. But the path is what helps bring the change in us. What ultimately makes you who you are and shapes your personality are all those small decisions you make. This way, you experience growth and improvement. So, adjust your mindset to get the biggest pay offs.
"Keep your knowledge fresh"
Keeping your skills and knowledge up-to-date can give you the confidence to handle any tasks that comes your way. This also aids in the improved marketability and competitiveness contributing to your success. Also, this helps you in the process of self-evaluation if you are about to undergo any change personally or professionally.
"L for Learn to let it go"
Letting go is all about reality. It is all about facing the fact and taking personal responsibility for what one is going to do to protect, or take care of oneself, and then doing it. This reminder is crucial for ourselves to move ahead without any resentments, guilt or dejection, and also to learn from what had happened and begin again.

"M for Manage the resources mindfully"
Mindfulness can help us acknowledge this situation, without allowing us to be carried away with strong emotions; We need this reminder to protect the natural and human resources around us from extinction and exhaustion. A small contribution from our side everyday goes a long way. They often help in our own development in our journey of life.
"N for Nurture & Nourish your soul"
Soul is our essence—the very core of our being. Nurturing the soul improves the quality of living. The idea of nourishing can be so easily forgotten about and overlooked. To nourish is to do the little things in life that make you happy. Nourishing warms the soul and breathes life into us. Nurturing and nourishing is something you have to do it by yourself and reap the happy benefits.
"O for Originals cost more than imitations" - Suzy Kassem
A very common saying and applies to anything and everything. Being "You" can also be original and unique. It is critical for leadership, business success, competitive edge and can increase your creativity self esteem and confidence.
For all those who create, it helps to come up with more fresh ideas and new perspectives on old ideas. In the era of blatant plagiarism, Originality will find its way to the ultimate success.
"P for Practice is the hardest part of learning" - Ann Voskamp
Learning something new is hard, especially at the beginning when we’re likely to struggle and make mistakes. The only way to learn something new is to practice. It is also the only way to become proficient in a new skill or behavior and also essential to maximize the impact of training. Reluctance and resistance to practice the skill leads us to no where. We need to embrace the discomfort of being beginners in order to continue to grow and improve.
"Q for Quality is Timeless"
If you describe something as timeless, you mean that it is so good or beautiful that it cannot be affected by changes in society or fashion. Regardless of what you consider let it be dance, film, music, novels, painting, play, poetry, sculpture, or some combination of these types – virtually every masterpiece has one attribute - "Timeless quality."
In all the things you buy or make - Quality trumps quantity.
It is the best reward/ satisfaction on could reap from their deeds or work.
"R for Remember, Karma is a Mirror"
Karma is defined as action, deed, intention and fate. Karma is just like a mirror, but instead of reflecting your outer body, its a reflection of your past actions- good or bad. Karma is Karma and it will come back, an act of help or an act to destroy, an act of giving selflessly or an act of grabbing selfishly, everything will come back. It is true we don’t have any control over the environmental situations that happen around us, but we do have control of our perceptions and reactions to them. You can choose to wallow in self-pity, or you can decide to continue on your journey with lessons learnt, wisdom and growth.
"S for Surrender yourself to the moment"
Life is always now, this present moment. Cherish each and every second of mindfulness at that moment. Slowly let go of the fear, uncertainty, anxiety that is causing you to want to get control of the circumstances. Be with your physical body fully, allowing yourself to feel it. Relax and surrender to it.
By doing this, we accept that this very moment is the only thing we have any real say about; we might as well pay attention to it. This is the key to positive change in oneself.
"T for Trust the process"
As human beings, we often want things to be a certain way and we want it NOW. When you trust the process that at the right time, you'll get where you intend to go without rushing or pressuring yourself. It all comes down to patience, trust, and faith. Even if things may look bad in your current path, it's not your final destination. This makes you calmer, more confident, less likely to self hurt, resilient, open to change, grow through everything and lead you to your purpose.
"U for Unwavering faith towards Almighty"
Unwavering most often refers to mental determination without any kind of distraction. This kind of faith is necessary for us to push through in life during darkest times and helps practice gratitude during happier times. This can be spiritual or Scientific super power or even the universe. In simple words, this means you are able to focus on your priorities through the emotional roller coaster of life.
"V for Value your Time"
Time is precious and doesn't wait for anyone. It teaches us that everything and everyone moves on. Time is the greatest gift in one's life. Most people who respect and value time are able to learn faster and work faster. They become more focused and pay more attention to their work. Time can also heal things whether external wounds or feelings. It is also necessary to honor other's time as well.

"W for Welcome the change"
We are often resisting change, and we don't realize that change itself is constant. Even if you resist or avoid it, the same thing could happen to your life. When you begin the change yourself, it's pretty easy to adapt to it, because it's a wanted one. People usually avoid change and prefer to stay in their comfort zones, but I genuinely believe that once you have the courage to take the first step of change, your life will be much better. The positive impacts of change are personal growth, flexibility, improvement, strength, value, opportunity, life values, new beginnings and routine. Well, always welcome the change.
"X for X-Ray your thoughts often"
The verb x-ray is the ability to clearly and keenly perceive or recognize something that is not outwardly visible. This fits right for our thoughts and mind. Thoughts, like breathing, can either be deliberate or automatic. Your Thoughts lead to your Feelings, which lead to your Actions, which lead to your Results. It's a healthy practice to take stock of your feelings and thoughts periodically. Observation of the thoughts is a practice and is more important than controlling them.
"Your ability is your power"
An ability is a talent or skill in a particular area. It can be improved or developed to a certain extent, even though it is natural and inbuilt. These include natural capabilities you've always had, in addition to specific knowledge and skills you've acquired through experience and training. They need continuous process of training and improvement Knowledge and Skill depend on ones ability to use them. Hence, your Ability is your power, own it, train it and use it.
"Z for Zero in on your VISION"
A vision is a mental picture of the future that you desire - a picture that is so clear and strong that it will help to make the result real. More than just a goal or wish, a vision is the embodiment of our hopes and dreams in a particular area or your life in general; the picture of what has not yet happened, but what the future may hold. It's a picture of the actual results of real efforts. It comes from the future, and it informs and energizes the present.
Having a vision is so important and powerful to drive your everyday thoughts towards the bigger picture. A vision should be very clear, specific, ambitious, includes changes in attitude and the responsibility of yourself . And most importantly, vision has to come from the heart and not from the head.
