ReFresh+ is a wireless phone charger hope to make people rest well while they are not using their phone.

Background

Are we all kidnapped by the smartphones ?

According Taiwan Communication Survey, people in Taiwan spend nearly 3 hours on smartphones per day, Obviosly smartphones has made our life a lot more convenient ,but are we using them too much?

Design Goal

Let people be concious of their smartphone usage and have a good rest

Combining phone charger with a aroma diffuser, this design hopes to make people rest well and stay away from their phone while charging them Meanwhile, people can examine their daily amount of usage.

A Device for self-examination

Based on the behavior of charging phone , we added the function of self-examination on phone usage amount , it would reflect the status of the usage of phone. If the amount of usage is larger the light is dimer,and then the light will gradually recover to maximum when the phone is charging.

Have a good rest with aromas and light

With the function of aromas diffuser , ReFresh+ can smooth your body and spirit when users charge their phones.It will release the aromas when phone charging. At the same time,when the phone is fully charged , user will also recover from fatigue.
