Mood Board
The main reason why I wanted to work on this poster was because I had noticed that the title is style as "Se7en" and that offended me because it always seems so kitschy when movies do that ("Fant4stic Four" for example) and this movie is above stuff like that. It's pretty sparse mainly because I was focused on adding the Roman numerals instead. With the background I wanted to just have the wall of text repeat the seven deadly sins that are featured in the film. I believe that the wall of text adds a texture to the poster and I wanted to evoke the thought of blood, which I believe is accomplished with the two different reds that I used.
