Problem
Spread the Goodness was a project I worked on while working as a Design Fellow at Socially Good Business. My assignment was to work collaboratively with my coworkers to create a video for an indiegogo campaign. 

Solution
I worked with our team on the animation end of the project and created a motion graphic video component that gave voice to the subject of the campaign.

the why: 
at Socially Good, we made it our business to spread some GOOD. changing the business world is why we exist; it’s what propels us to get up in the morning. 

and we’re not alone. every day you make decisions that have an impact on the world we live in - and most of that impact we never even see. would you rather buy ice cream made with mainstream vanilla that won’t pay farmers enough to educate and medicate their families or fair trade vanilla that ensures farmers a livable wage? do you want to pump gas from a station that carelessly soils our oceans or one working hard to keep our water clean? would you prefer to own a notebook that has helped destroy the rainforest or one of equal quality made from sugarcane or bamboo? as a consumer, you’re forced to make these choices every day and you may not even know it. at Socially Good, we’re working to make your choices easier by improving the impact of the organizations you support.

we know, we know... the better option isn’t always the most convenient, but we’re on a mission to change that and we think you deserve a say in the matter. now it’s your turn to let us know which organizations you love so that with every purchase you make, your impact is a positive one.

the what:
we’re partnering with other cause-driven organizations to spread the GOODness and we need your help. with each donation (large or small) you’ll get to nominate/vote for your favorite organization to win some super awesome Socially Good programs. our goal is to raise enough money to implement change in at least one org, but for every 7k raised over our goal, we'll add another winner from your votes. the more money we raise, the more organizations we can help.
