Throughout my design exploration I kept in mind the message for the season. So I created a starburst element & incorporated that in the wordmark. I sought to present the birth of Christ as the coming of a bright light triumphing over darkness.

This wordmark is an original design I made using the amazing sans-serif typeface Brandon Grotesque.

I created some supporting designs to expand in the idea, these became some of the assets that were used in the communications campaign. It was an honor to create the brand & see it put to use on both print & digital applications!

My next contribution to the Christmas at CT campaign was to build a digital experience. I designed a beautiful landing page for the season which showcased the design & provided seasonal content to keep the entire family together with some holiday fun! Some of this content included a holiday music playlist & videos with Christmas craft activities.

This digital experience went beyond the church website. I also expressed the holiday brand by creating story post content for social media.
