The bench inspiration is base on the  phenomenal of the modern definition of being skinny. Due to our cultural  activities such as advertising, has indirecetly imposed a negativity that skinny is the new pretty, and fashion is all about having that thinnest and slimming body. 

Constructed out of a thin aluminum sheet, the aim of the bench is to achieve the “anorexic ergonomic”. The skeletal bench held itself with two pair of parallel aluminum rods that illustrate the desirable slender pair of legs. To further express the long and slim leg, the structure of the bench is further increase in height, similar to activity like diet which may cause some discomfort, the taller bench required a physical adaptaion from the user to get up or lean on. 

Lastly, Anorexic Bench is finish in Black, the colour that is too easily sterotyped as an “low-fat”.
