Project: Chocolate Packaging
For Zola Collective's new artisanal chocolate range, I created a range of hand drawn illustration to go with each of the variants of chocolate: Hibiscus Infused, Baobab & Orange and Chia & Coconut. We wanted to keep the packaging simple, but interesting enough to stand out in a competitive market. This is a high end product, and the clients was interested in including gold foiling on the packaging. To avoid gold foil overkill, we decided on only doing the outlines of the illustration to be set in gold foil, along with the brand logo.
I loved working on this project. My favourite work is always when clients give me creative freedom in both design and illustration, and of course when it is for a good cause.
