Destinations is a leading travel magazine, distributed internationally both in print and online.
I designed and laid out the Spring 2009 issue of Destinations, giving it more of an informative feel; the magazine is about knowledge and facts rather than timely news and I wanted to reflect that in the design.
Large imagery was used wherever possible - this was challenging on some pages where advertising had been pre-sold and placed on the layout schedule.
