Illustration produced for the Christmas Exhibition at Cascade Art Gallery, Maldon, Victoria, Australia.  Illustration was selected as one of the top three at the exhibition.  The illustration was sold and the funds are to be donated to Bush Heritage Australia for the preservation of this endangered bird.  Most colourful bird of the pair is the female in this species.
