As a highly polarizing global brand, Crocs wanted to get a sense for unique opportunities across high-value markets to drive retention and loyalty. In order to attack this question, I developed an ecosystem analysis that highlighted digital opportunities in markets ranging from the UK to Germany to China and Japan, based on key consumer behavioral insights and social platform analyses. Recommendations ranged from in-store opportunities to social communities based on unique needs.
