The skills that are most commonly trained in such training table are the surgical skills, because of their difficulty, but also because of the fast developments and changes that occur in the surgical field. That is why the product had very complex requirements related to the versatility, but also to ergonomics and antropometric issues. Being a product that will be used in a medical environment, special attention had to be paid to the materials and all the medical standards had to be respected. A detailed research was conducted in the first phase of the project, followed by ideation, concept development, embodiment, prototyping and user testing.
