The main idea of spatial decision is the creation of the qualitive urban public
space. The complement of existing pedestrian passages and creation of new ones by the erection of new trading function and new dynamic recreation, trading "plaza". The powerful magnet for visitors, the placement of festivals and art shows, the place of public interaction of residents within administrative area( Osnov'yanskogo)
