TONE 20XX COLLECTION // 3D GARMENT CREATION and VISUAL DEVELOPMENT
Retrovâls is my own clothing line startup that will hopefully go into full production someday, creating unique and bold pieces from custom high quality materials. Highly inspired by a mix of sleek street and retro futurism cultures.
The name Retrovâls comes from the original Retrouvailles, rooted in the word “retrouver,” which literally means
“to find something again” the French word retrouvailles is a unique term that describes the happiness of meeting someone that is very dear to you after a long time.
ABOUT THE CAPSULE // TONE 20XX
TONE 20XX is a 2-piece capsule that includes a timeless Wintercoat/Hoodie mash-up with an oversized fitting design.
The zipper on the front only goes halfway to leave the rest of the space for two different sized twin pockets.
The main body is seperated through the shoulders and lower arms to create geometrical contrast. Two overlaying unstitched bands that follow the armline, a thick and heavy hoodie with embroidered text cords for visual dynamic.
