Coming out
Although the LQBTQ community has been accepted by many countries, there are still some people who do not tolerate it. Some people will hide it as a secret because of the conservative thoughts around them. The storybook is to encourage people of the LGBTQ community to bravely declare their homosexuality. Also, it is to instill the idea in children by introducing this love story.
The character design is inspired by pimples. People always want to cover up their faces with makeup because they feel not confident and imperfect. This issue is because people are too concerned about other's perspectives that could not accept the beauty of faces with pimples which similar to the issue of those conservative people who cannot accept the LGBTQ community.
