About Guidion
Guidion makes your house a home ensuring that your internet is working, you can call and watch TV, your house is warm, and you have hot water. As my first full-time job outside Brazil, I'm proud to say that our product helps thousands of people in the Netherlands and Germany to be more connected.
In practice, Guidion helps dozens of companies like T-Mobile, Ziggo, Tele 2, and Confort Partners to receive your technical support tickets (using our platform), distributing these tickets for our +1000 experts (mechanics that execute the field services), and coming to the customer homes to help them.

Behind the logo
Our logo now has an icon that joins "g” from Guidion, a chimney as a detail from houses, a tulip shape that celebrates company's Dutch heritage, and a composition inspired by human shape.
