Sportscar Drifting Around Corner

Here is the final product, it is a shot out of a bigger project that I am currently working on.

Now for the tire smoke from the drift.

As I said below, this was a study in lighting, so I added elements of that into the animation.

The car is now fully coloured!

The very first wheel test with only two frames. In-betweens were added in later on to smooth it out.

Very early concept animatic. As you can see I drew the cliffside first, that's because this was initially just a study in lighting, the idea of a larger project came after watching Drive (2011).
