Verizon Media: Yahoo! Allyship Pledge Campaign

The Yahoo! Allyship Pledge is an initiative of Verizon Media in collaboration with Kindred. and Good Worx Social Innovation. The intention is to educate what "allyship" is and to inspire action. In developing the branding for this project it was my goal to stay within the look and feel of the Yahoo! brand while simultaneously capturing the essence of solidarity within the iconography. After various iterations the current logo captured this sentiment the best.
A huge component of the launch of the Yahoo! Allyship Pledge is to educate prominent Social Media Influencers and provide them with the digital assets to push the #AllyshipAnd campaign. Digital assets were provided for both Instagram and Twitter. More than 50  influencers participated including Civil and human rights activist Carmen Perez (pictured above).

As a show of gratitude a giftbox was assembled for participants including an aluminum bottle journal, thank you card among other items.
